By using the Site, you agree to be bound by the Funeral Fund Terms of Use, which includes the terms of this Privacy Policy, and you expressly consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”). If you do not so agree to the Privacy Policy, you are prohibited from accessing or using Funeral Fund’s Site or Services. If you do not agree to any of the terms of the Privacy Policy, kindly discontinue viewing or participating in Funeral Fund immediately. All capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined herein, and the terms “we,” “our,” or “us,” have the definitions set forth in the Terms of Use Agreement.

The purpose of the Privacy Policy is to help you make an informed decision about whether to use or continue using Funeral Fund’s Site or Services.

PayPal and Stripe process all of the transactions on Funeralfund.com. No one at Funeral Fund, Inc. sees your credit card information. PayPal and Stripe are the only ones who have access to that information.
The Funeralfund.com Privacy Policy describes how we treat personal information when you use Funeralfund.com’s services. By using PayPal as a payment mechanism, users are also bound by the PayPal policy and PayPal Acceptable Use Policy. By using Stripe as a payment mechanism, users are also bound by the Stripe policy and Stripe Acceptable Use Policy.
We will send you emails relating to your personal transactions. You may receive email notifications, service-related announcements, forwarded messages, for which you may opt-out at any time.
Organizers may receive the email addresses of their Backers, Supporters, and Donators, if, and only if, the campaign is successfully funded. Donators do have the option to remain anonymous if they choose to do so.
Information We Collect
User-Provided Personal Information: You provide us with information about yourself, such as your name and e-mail address, when you register with the Service. If you correspond with us by email, we may retain the content of your email messages, your email address and our responses.
Cookies Information: When you visit funeralfund.com, we may send cookies - a small text file containing a string of alphanumeric characters - to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser and lets funeralfund.com help you log in faster and enhance your navigation performance through the site. A cookie does not collect personal information about you. Funeralfund.com uses various cookie forms. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive after you close your browser. This helps us analyze data about webpage traffic and improve our website in order to tailor it to customer needs. We only use this information for statistical analysis purposes and then the data is removed from the system. No part of Funeral Fund is intended for anyone under the age of 18.
